NEA Benefits
As an NEA Member you get two important benefits free of additional charge.
NEA Dues Tab
You will receive $1,000.00 as a death benefit and up to $5,000.00 as an Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit. You will receive up to $50,000.00 in Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance if an accident occurs while you are on the job or on Association business. You must register a beneficiary with NEA to obtain this benefit.
Educators Employment Liability Insurance
You are automatically covered for up to $1,000,000.00 in damages if you are sued for liability arising out of your employment, up to $250,000.00 if you are sued in an employment related civil rights violation, up to $35,000.00 in attorney's fees if you are criminally charged with an employment related matter.

CTA Benefits
CTA Members are entitled to additional insurance benefits free of additional charge.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
You will receive $2,000.00 as a death benefit and $10,000.00 as an Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit. If an accident occurs while you are on the job or if you are on Association business, you are eligible for a benefit of up to $50,000.00. You must register a beneficiary with CTA to obtain this benefit.
